Alba Ecstasy’s products are intangible goods (digital goods) that are digitally delivered, we therefore have a strict no refund policy.
For digital downloads, consumers will need to waive their cancellation rights before digital content can be provided. This means that once a consumer/customer has downloaded the content, then they have given up their consumer rights to a refund.
If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.
Loading the patches /samples in to your synthesizer units / iOS applications, is done at your own risk.
Alba Ecstasy is not responsible for any loss or damages that may results from the mentioned operations or method, or by using any third party software (or any software /methods to load the patches).
Please read carefully the user manuals /documentation of the synthesizers /applications before you load the patches.
Please make a backup of the bank that you intend to clear (when it is required by manufacturer). Alba Ecstasy is not responsible for any data loses.
Alba Ecstasy make no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the sound pack and associated materials provided to the user, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Alba Ecstasy do not warrant that the functions contained in the sound pack will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the sound pack will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the sound pack will be corrected.
Alba Ecstasy do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the sound pack or any documentation provided therewith in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. No information or advice given by Alba Ecstasy shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty.
Alba Ecstasy is not liable for any claims or damages whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury, intellectual property infringement, loss of profits, or interruption of business, or for any special, consequential or incidental damages, however caused.
The user is not allowed to distribute the sounds or samples of the sounds.
Sounds provided within the provided pack by Alba Ecstasy are also licensed to the user “as is” with the same terms and extra term added that the user may not copy or sample sounds for distribution use.
By submitting the final order you agree all the above terms and conditions.
